I'm a Product Designer with six years building payments and compliance systems, most recently at Thryv, where I've been the sole designer across ThryvPay and Keap's payments experiences. Every project starts as tangled lines of logic across different systems. I untangle them, exhibit by exhibit, to create the foundation.
Before product design, I trained as an architect, which might explain why I can't leave a system unstructured. Outside of work that instinct doesn't really turn off: I read constantly, paint when I need my hands busy, keep a training routine that's honestly a little relentless, and have strong opinions about jewellery.
Organized chaos, basically, just aimed at whatever's in front of me that day.
