Its core users are non-technical SMB owners in industries like home services, health and wellness, legal, pet care, and education — who rely on Thryv’s tools to manage appointments, customer relationships, marketing, reputation, and operations.​

My work focused on optimizing user onboarding, streamlining payment workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards like PCI, KYC, and AML.
